Our Studio classes use Pilates equipment to help you towards full recovery. We use Pilates principles in a clinical setting to improve posture, core strength, pelvic floor strength, flexibility, balance and performance.
You can choose between One-on-one classes and small group classes (maximum of 3 participants per class). All participants have an individualised program designed by a Physiotherapist to help you achieve your goals.
On-site health fund rebates are available for all our classes.
